Sniffing Glue: Parallel Histories, 1976-1977

Framed within the two-year period (1976-77), in which Mark Perry published his infamous UK punk zine Sniffing Glue, Stephen Perkins’ presentation will be a hands-on workshop that examines other innovative periodicals published by artists during these two years. Workshop will include copies of Sniffing Glue and the USA’s equivalent, Punk Magazine, as well as periodicals from a host of other countries including the Netherlands, Poland, UK, Brazil, Uruguay and Canada.
