Join our audience as we welcome retiring Rep. David R. Obey, one of the state's most respected politicians. Representing northwest Wisconsin's 7th District, he chairs the powerful Appropriations Committee. A champion for the state, he has fought for higher education and financial aid while "raising hell for justice" over his 42-year career in Congress. The taping will include a Q&A period.
