The State's Role in Citizen Diplomacy

Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin Barbara Lawton will give a panel presentation on the role of the states in enhancing citizen diplomacy. The findings from this panel and the research done by the lt. governor will be presented at the U.S. Summit and Initiative for Global Citizen Diplomacy in Washington, D.C., in which Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is Honorary Summit Chair.
