Middle East Film Series

Promises follows the journey of a filmmaker who meets seven children in Jerusalem -- some from Palestinian refugee camps, others from Israeli settlements in the West Bank. Though they live only 20 minutes apart, the children have grown up in separate worlds. This award-winning documentary showcases their stories and a new generation's perspective on the Israel-Palestine conflict.
