								Fitness Class Open House Oct. 18-29. Improve aerobic fitness, balance, strength, flexibility and coordination through pilates, aerobic dance and weight training. Class meets M-F from 6:40-7:40 a.m.. MWF is aerobic dance; TTH is pilates, balance, strength and flexibility.  Come once or everyday.  Class is designed for women 40+.
