Learning Through Story Discussion

Presenter Teri Balser is an associate professor and director of the Institute for Cross-College Biology Education and the coauthor of an experimental new intro to environmental studies textbook. This book is designed to combine narrative and story with infographics and pedagogical devices and features. We'll get a sneak preview of the project and a discussion about the future of textbooks and how to incorporate learning through story into the sciences.
