Program about UW–Madison professor and pioneering environmentalist Aldo Leopold and the sustainable philosophy of the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery inspired by Leopold's ethics of land use. Featuring Buddy Huffacker, executive director of the Aldo Leopold Foundation; Kathe Crowley Conn, president and executive director of the Aldo Leopold Nature Center; and Monty Schiro, president and CEO of Food Fight. Followed by complimentary food and beverages, including Leopold family favorites.
