Beyond the Climate Wars

Michael Shellenberger and Ted Nordhaus of The Breakthrough Institute will present a proposal for "post-partisan power" – $25 billion in federal funding to accelerate energy innovation. Their joint proposal with the American Enterprise Institute and the Brookings Institution argues that the collapsed cap-and-trade climate policy regime creates a new opportunity for bipartisan action on energy innovation.
