Pedagogy Towards Diversity

This talk will be given by Wu Zongjie of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. Professor Wu will compare the Chinese way of reading the classics and Foucault's concept of genealogy to consider how the inner landscape of Chinese learning is transformed into representational knowledge in the cultural struggles between China and Western modernity.
