The Russian Flagship Program invites you to an informal brownbag conversation with Alexei Lidov, historian and art theoretician, director of research of the Institute for World Culture at the Moscow State University, and member of Russian Academy of Art. Dr. Lidov will also give the keynote lecture, in English, Russian Icons and the Making of Sacred Spaces, for the Symposium Holy Image, Sacred Presence: Russian Icons, 1500-1900, at 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, in L140 Elvehjem Building.
