Cultivating Emotional Balance and the Adolescent Brain

Davidson is one of the foremost researchers on the brain and emotion and has pioneered the development of contemplative neuroscience. His talk will focus on the nature of the adolescent brain and how we might use training methods derived from contemplative practices to nurture positive qualities in our children.
Proceeds from this event will provide scholarship funds for Horizon High School, Dane County’s only recovery high school.
