Cinematheque: Family Series

In what is widely thought of as his final masterpiece, Keaton stars as an ambitious newsreel cameraman involved in a series of movie-related hijinks. Featuring some of his most praised set pieces and outlandish stunts, this silent comedy classic is also perhaps Keaton’s most personal love letter to cinema. Minnesota-based musicians Dreamland Faces, featuring Karen Majewicz on accordion and Andy McCormick on musical saw, will provide their own wonderful brand of accompaniment.
