Description
This delightful treasure chest of short films showcases a series of independently made fairy tale adaptations directed by master stop-motion animator and special effects artist Harryhausen during the early years of his amazing career in film. Included are Mother Goose Stories (1946), The Story of Little Red Riding Hood (1949), The Story of Hansel and Gretel (1951), The Story of Rapunzel (1951), and The Story of King Midas (1953); plus three shorts by stop-motion pioneer George Pal.
