Description
Watch for the Betty Lou Cruise boat to lead the parade, followed by assorted decorated boats. Immediately following, fireworks will light the sky from the Spectrum Pyrotechnics barge anchored in the middle of Lake Mendota directly out from The Edgewater Hotel Pier and Picnic Point.
