Description
Hands-on experience with ArcGIS 10 Software & different types of geospatial data. Using U.S. Census population and other data, attendees will use ArcGIS 10 software to view spatial and tabular data files, create thematic maps, & perform different types of spatial analysis. General intro to GIS, an overview of geospatial data types and formats, & an introduction to analysis methods, working with tables, querying data based on certain criteria, and displaying/mapping data in ArcGIS software.
