Finding External Funding for Your Graduate Education: Introduction

Designed for graduate students who are: new to the external funding process and have not yet applied for outside grants, or for those who would like a refresher. We will provide an overview of the external funding application process, outline the types of grants available, things to consider when preparing an application. This workshop will also include a brief demonstartion of advanced search strategies in the Community of Science Funding Opportunities database, time allowing.
