School of Music Faculty Concert Series

This program presents a sampling of French chamber music from 1900-1976, performed by faculty and students in a variety of ensembles. Composers represented include Debussy, Ravel, Poulenc and Boulez. Patricia A. Rosenmeyer, professor of classics, gives a pre-concert talk at 7:30 p.m. on "Les Chansons de Bilitis: Pierre Louys' Sapphic Verses."
