Hsiao-hung Chang is professor of foreign languages and literature at National Taiwan University and is a distinguished guest for the week-long celebration entitled Taiwan Arts Week. This lecture is on Hou Hsiao-hsien, who directed "Dust in the Wind," which will follow this lecture in 4070 Vilas Hall.
