The Idea of Engagement and the African University in the 21st Century

Lesley Le Grange teaches and researches in the fields of environmental education, research methodology, science education, and curriculum and assessment. He is the recipient of three national (South African) awards for research achievement. He is also co-author of the book "Continuous Assessment: An Introduction and Guidelines for Implementation," and he is co-editor of the book "Imaginaries on Democratic Education and Change."
