Description
Beyond the Edge of the Sea: Diversity of Life in the Deep-Ocean Wilderness-Original Watercolors by expeditionary illustrator Karen Jacobsen and Seaworthy: A History of Maritime Health & Medicine, have their official opening, with light refreshment provided by UW's Geology Museum and a chance to meet Jacobsen, oceanographer and Alvin pilot Cindy Lee Van Dover and history of the health sciences librarian Micaela Sullivan-Fowler. Both exhibits are open until Jan. 31, 2012.
