Art Exhibition: "Women, Labor and Compassion"

The Women’s Issues Committee of the City of Madison is hosting a traveling art exhibition “Women, Labor and Compassion.” The exhibition consists of 18 beautiful and thought-provoking paintings of female workers around the world, by artist Janet Essley. Co-sponsored by the Overture Center for the Arts, the Women's Issues Committee and the Madison Arts Commission with support from UW-Madison Latin American, Caribbean and Iberian Studies and others.
