Lisa P. Jackson, appointed administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by President Obama in 2008, will discuss recent challenges to environmental laws and her agency’s efforts to answer Obama's call for federal agencies to work with American businesses and create jobs.
