LACIS Lunchtime Lecture Series

Darrell Newton, Salisbury University. Newton has worked in higher education since 1979 and currently chairs the communication arts department at Salisbury University. He teaches media and cultural studies, film, broadcast writing and international media. After extensive research in the UK with the BBC, Newton earned his doctorate in 2002 with an emphasis in media and cultural studies.
