Art Department Wednesday Talks: Art Shay

The Art Department is pleased to present a talk by Art Shay, who has photographed eight U.S. Presidents and many major figures of the 20th century and was a freelance photographer for Life magazine. Shay has had some 1,100 covers on magazines and books and has had some 25,000 pictures published. Shay's photography is sold at galleries and is in permanent collections of major museums, including the National Portrait Gallery and The Art Institute of Chicago.
