Richard Rasmussen, a native of Wisconsin and a graduate of the Wisconsin Law School, will speak on his experiences abroad, career in the Foreign Service and the work of the Department of State. Rasmussen is a first-tour officer currently serving in the Political and Economic Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal.
