Mark Krasberg, of the Wisconsin IceCube Particle Astrophysics Center, will talk about his work and travel in Antarctica. Mark has traveled multiple times to the South Pole to work on the IceCube Neutrino Observatory, and along the way has traveled on ice breakers and helicopters to see some of the stunning views that Antarctica has to offer. His interactive talk with include an overview of the IceCube detector, info about neutrinos, and lots of photos.
