Symphony Orchestra

The program features the winners of the annual concerto competition: Alice Bartsch, violin; Jeongmin Lee, piano; Michael Roemer, baritone; and Brett Walter, marimba. The orchestra will play the premiere of "Mi-Ryen" by Youn-Jae Ok, the winner of the composition competition. Graduate assistant conductor David Grandis opens the concert with "La forza del destino" by Verdi. A post-concert reception for all is sponsored by the School of Music Alumni Association.
