Description
SCD is a blood disorder that affects one in 12 African Americans. It can cause intense pain, organ and tissue damage, stroke and anemia. There is no cure. Your blood type may be someone’s only hope for survival. SCD patients often need many blood transfusions, but there are far more people needing blood than there are people donating blood. Donors with the same ethnic background usually make the best match. We aim to collect 25 units of blood.
Appearances by Ron Dayne and maybe Bucky.
