Description
In their only on-screen pairing, Robinson plays Greek barber Nick and Cagney is his best chum Jack. Taken in by some gambling con men, Nick decides to beat the hucksters at their own game, eventually rising to the top of the organized gambling syndicate! Aside from offering a milestone of casting, this fast-paced and flavorful pre-code effort from Baby Face director Green deftly mixes comedy and tragedy.
