Description
The event will take place underneath the Arch at W. Dayton St. and Randall Ave. The 1st Brigade Band will play from 10:30-11:00 a.m. The ceremony starts at 11 a.m. Speakers include: Wisconsin Secretary of Veterans Affairs John Scocos; Wisconsin Veterans Museum director Michael Telzrow; and Alan Hembel, of SUCWV and GAR Post No. 8. Lance Herdegen, noted author and chair of the Wisconsin CW150 Commission, will deliver the keynote address.
