Clean air is one benefit of renewable energy. Energy choices impact public health across the U.S. and around the world. Energy emissions are intertwined with climate change, international development, and regulatory policy. Professor Tracey Holloway and her research group use advanced computer models, satellite data, and ground-based measurements to evaluate the air quality and public health impacts of energy conservation, renewable electricity, and transportation alternatives.
