In this talk, Change will discuss current research advances in atomic layer deposition for synthesizing multifunction and complex metal oxides with tailored electronic, chemical, interfacial, thermal properties and microstructures. Specifically, she will highlight her most recent research on the engineering of oxide thin films and their integration, for applications as multi-ferroic materials or solid state electrolyte in high speed electronics and energy storage devices.
