Honoring Choices

Starting a conversation about end-of-life care is difficult for patients, physicians, family members, religious and community leaders, and health care providers. Wisconsin Medical Society policy analyst John Maycroft will argue these conversations must happen and that caregivers must honor patients’ choices. Maycroft will describe Honoring Choices Wisconsin, a major project to build system change, advocacy and education around advance care planning.
