Agriculture and the Land Ethic

A showing of an acclaimed documentary film celebrating the legacy of conservationist Aldo Leopold, "Green Fire," will be followed by a panel discussion. Panelists include Paul Johnson, past USDA NRCS chief; Curt Meine, Leopold biographer; Stan Temple, wildlife ecology emeritus; Joy Zedler, botany professor and Aldo Leopold Chair in Restoration Ecology; and Michael Bell, CIAS director. Richard Cates, director, CIAS Wisconsin School for Beginning Dairy and Livestock Farmers, will moderate.
