Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) is a funding agency that manages and supports basic research in areas of interests to the U.S. Air Force. Its research portfolios cover many disciplines and research interest areas. The research goal of the portfolio in organic materials chemistry is to gain a better understanding of the influence of chemical structures and processing conditions on the properties and behaviors of polymeric and organic materials.
