Description
William Powell and Bette Davis have great chemistry as a swindler and his assistant who attempt to steal the latest Paris fashion designs and sell cut-rate knock-offs. Caught in the act, the duo are forced to put on a legitimate fashion show. New Deal Cinema, a collaboration between Cinematheque and the Chazen Museum of Art, presents archival and feature films curated by Cinematheque director Jim Healy.
