John Muir Historical Plaque Dedication

Join Historic and Cultural Resources Manager Daniel Einstein, author Andy Carroll, and others for a free, public event at Muir Knoll in the Robert Gard Storyteller’s Circle (along Observatory Drive) for refreshments. After gathering, we’ll walk to North Hall where we’ll dedicate a plaque outside of wilderness icon and Sierra Club founder John Muir's former dormitory room. This event is sponsored by the Sierra Club - John Muir Chapter and the Sierra Student Coalition.
