2013 Littlefield Leadership Lecture

Peter I. Buerhaus, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, director, Center for Interdisciplinary Health Workforce Studies, The Institute for Medicine and Public Health, Vanderbilt University. Author, scholar, and chair of the National Health Care Workforce Commission, Buerhaus will discuss the Affordable Care Act’s impact on nursing, and call for nurses to demonstrate how their profession brings economic value to organizations and the health care system.
