Jennifer Delaney, a professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, will share her recent research that looks at the impact of guaranteed tuition programs on institutional tuition levels and state general appropriations for higher education. In particular, Dr. Delaney will discuss the impact of these programs in Illinois and Oklahoma due to their scope, the unique features of each program, and the interaction of these programs with other state-level tuition and governance policies.
