Kavli Foundation Lecturer: Dr. Clark Miller, Arizona State University. Dr. Miller will discuss where neurotechnologies seem to be heading, in broad overview; about the kinds of policy challenges that these trends will give rise to; and about some strategies we might use to address these policy challenges. The talk will draw on insights from his recently published book: Nanotechnology, the Brain, and the Future (Springer, 2013).
