Description
Celebrate Wisconsin’s food heritage with cookbooks, food tastings and a talk by a culinary historian.
5:30 – 7:00 pm at Steenbock Library view the collection, sample foods and talk to chefs. 7:00 – 8:00 pm at Microbial Science Building listen to “Porcupine Meatballs: Finding History in Community Cookbooks” by Traci Nathans-Kelly.
