Kavli Foundation Lecturer: Dr. Jonathan Moreno, Univ. of Pennsylvania will explore the role of the intelligence community and university science departments in preparing the military and intelligence services for the 21st century. He will discuss numerous initiatives that are changing the course of modern warfare, raising novel questions about ethics, philosophy, and national security.
