UW Madison Family Business Center Lecture Series

Steve Miller (GenSpan) will provide the results of his recent research on leadership development in family firms along with tips on how to manage the succession process and prepare the next generation for leadership responsibilities. He will present a framework with four themes that are closely related to the development of authentic leadership talent in family enterprises and four that are related to what he has labeled "pseudo-leadership positions."
