The Buddhist art of greater Gandhāra has been the subject of much research and study though many questions about its origin, chronology, and iconography remain. This presentation will discuss the artifacts found at Nimogram, and a discussion of Nimogram’s contributions to the study of Gandhāran art. Images of the site were recently made available in the UW digital archive and a case will be made for how developing a web based hub detailing other Gandhāran sites would support future scholarship.
