Professor Leanne Togher, Senior NHMRC Research Fellow and Principal Research Fellow Speech Pathology, Faculty of Health Sciences, The University of Sydney presents key elements of an empirically evaluated effective communication partner training program which focuses on interpersonal communication skills. A controlled group comparison study examined the effectiveness of everyday communication partner training for people with traumatic brain injury.
