Software Training for Students

JavaScript 2 focuses on using JavaScript to create basic yet practical Web-based applications. Using scripting libraries such as Prototype and Scriptaculous, complex visual effects and prebuilt functions can be used that save hours of time otherwise spent programming by hand. Projects for this class include a Google Suggests clone, a chat room and a draggable news blurb. Prerequisite: PHP 2 or equivalent experience. This is a typing-intensive class.
