Felix Series of New Writing Presents Catherine Taylor

Catherine Taylor works on a wide range of nonfiction forms–from documentary and literary journalism to lyric essays, hybrid-genre writing, critical theory, and poetics, and is Associate Professor in the Writing Department at Ithaca College. At this event, Taylor will read from her book Apart, a hybrid-genre book of memoir and political history about South Africa, and excerpts from new work, Inanimate Subjects, which addresses ideas about autonomy, puppets and military drones.
