Continuing Studies

The practice and principles of community-based geriatric care management will be introduced in this open enrollment component of the new Care Management Certificate series. Emphasis will be placed on identifying appropriate evidence-based screening and monitoring tools and practice approaches for successful care of mental disorders late in life.
