The Morgridge Center for Public Service and Badger Volunteers will be hosting Madison's former mayor Dave Cieslewicz to present about "bikability" and what it means to be a rider in Madison.
He played a major role in making Madison one of North America’s most outdoor-friendly cities and will be offering invaluable information about the rules of the road.
