The lecture will touch on a variety of issues, including micro-aggressions (racial, gender, etc.), the challenges faced by students of color at predominantly white institutions, the importance of socially just leadership and much more. The ultimate goal of this talk will be to empower attendees to engage in healthy, proactive dialogues around racial issues.
